CAFOMI has conducted meetings basically for new arrivals at distribution point for awareness creation, access of services, Shelter allocations, NFIs distribution/usage and disposal of sanitary pads targeting women in reproductive age, hygiene and sanitation, food issues at the transit. Other services of Case management/ Referral pathway, quick assistance to PSNs, health referral especially immunization days for children and sleeping arrangements in the shelter.
Refugees have also been mobilized for initial protection interviews on arrival, registration, physical verification and on the same note mandated to participate with partners through needs identification, reporting, mobilization and hygiene promotion with technical guidance from service providers. Kitchen meeting have also been conducted to ensure rotation of cooks at the kitchen, cleanliness to avoid contagious diseases and preventive measures, preparing and serving of ready food, safety from burns and serving without discrimination, coupon checks.
